Booking Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Social Media

As part of our service, we may take photos of your home and our work for promotional purposes. By agreeing to the booking, you consent to these photos being posted on our social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please inform us prior to the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

4. Service Scope and Time Management

Our team will work diligently and efficiently to complete as much as possible within the allocated time slot. However, if we are unable to address all tasks, we will prioritize them in your next booking. Due to our schedule, we cannot stay beyond the allocated time to complete additional tasks. Please book any extra services or add-ons if you require additional work.

5. Safe Environment

It is essential to provide a safe working environment for our employees. If at any time our team feels that their safety is compromised, they are authorized to leave the premises immediately. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the situation and reschedule the service if necessary.

6. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon booking and full payment on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including, online through our booking page, card payments on-site using a Square mobile device and bank transfers. Please ensure that payment is made promptly to avoid any delays in future bookings.

7. Liability and Damages

While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that may occur during the cleaning process. If you have any specific concerns about delicate items or surfaces, please inform us prior to the service.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next booking.
